At H.P. Valves Pvt. Ltd, We are expert in manufacturing of Butterfly valve which can be used in a variety of chemical services. They are available with small dimensions allocating for use in areas where space is limited, and they also allow a high coefficient of stream.
Our wide range of Butterfly Valves are immediate as well as rapid opening Valves that consist of a circular metal with its rotating axes at right angles towards the direction of flow in the pipeline that seals against seats in the valve body. They are normally been used as throttling valves in order to control stream. Butterfly Valves also controls the flow, stream, gas as well as liquid by means of a disk, which turns on a diametrical axis inside a pipe or else by two semicircular plates centered on a common spindle, which permits flow in only one direction. These valves also offer a rotary determined movement of 90 degrees or less, in a compact design. Unlike ball valves, butterfly valves do not have any abridge in which fluids may become fascinated when the Valve is closed.
At, H.P. Valves Pvt. Ltd, Butterfly valves are accessible in several body styles as well as seal types. Our flange type or lug style of Butterfly Valves can be held between flanges of several categories. Wafer valves are installed between two flanges by means of bolts or nuts and studs, while lug style valves have metal inserts installed in the valve's bolt holes and the valve is been installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. If the wafer style is used while shirk placing it between either slip-on or screwed flange types. Some wafer body styles will not form a proper seal. The wafer style is used more commonly and is cheaper than the lug style.
